- Customer handling timesheets manually - more than 40,000 timesheets per month, there were processing errors - mainly with the handling of temporary staff
- The Government laws in Belgium were many and complex - need to be clearly understood to process timesheets in order to pay the employee or bill the customer
- Too many paper based transactions and processing - need for automation

- Customer has more than 10,000 employees and over 25,000 pay slips being generated weekly. Pay run was done thrice a week with over 15 people working on the runs. Now effectively carried out by a single resource.
