MinVesta’s M-Bill is a comprehensive billing solution as part of the M-Suite` group of products that helps clients innovate business processes as the application can be easily configured to align with them. Automatic rule based generation and distribution of invoices enables a drastic reduction in billing time and thus an increment in the cash flow.

M-Bill is tightly integrated with M-Suite’s M-Payroll module to ensure that pay and invoice are linked and tracked together. However, M-Bill can be deployed independently as well and can be integrated with third party staffing modules. It is powered by MinVesta’s indigenous rules engine “Business Object Manager” to setup rules with ease.

M-Bill uses a rules based approach to managing the invoice generation, that making it very easy to configure and update.

Some of the salient features of M-Bill are:

• Rules Based Processing - A hierarchy of rules can be defined at the system, client and contact levels to execute on the timesheets as they arrive into the system. The rules can be configured to automatically verify information, add details or any processing conceivable.
• Invoicing - The process of generating invoices is done by four sets of rules that govern the scheduling, selection, grouping and sorting of the timesheets.
• Distribution - The generated invoices can be sent to any internal or external system using the distribution engine which is packaged with the system.
• Integration with GL - Integration with the general ledger is made very convenient with the provision to generate configurable journal entries based on rules.
